1. 100% On-Device Processing (Zero Data Collection)

Dropsize is designed to be a private-by-default utility.

• No Server Uploads: All photo and video compression, resizing, and EXIF/GPS metadata stripping occur entirely on your physical device. We do not operate any backend servers.
• No File Access: We never upload, transmit, share, or store your photos, videos, or files on any remote servers.

2. Local Storage & App Group Sharing

To enable app extensions (such as the Share Sheet Extension and Home Screen Widgets), Dropsize saves temporary files, the last compressed thumbnail, and a local history database inside a secure local sandbox container (App Group) on your device.

• This data is stored strictly locally on your device.
• You can clear all cached history records and files at any time from within the app's settings or by deleting the application.

3. No Analytics or Third-Party Tracking

We do not integrate any third-party advertising networks, analytics packages, or tracking SDKs. We do not collect or track device identifiers, location details, or user behaviors.

4. Children’s Privacy

Since we do not collect any personal data or file information from any users, Dropsize is fully compliant with children's privacy regulations, including COPPA and GDPR.
